With a background in live events and brand activations, he combines creativity with operational precision. Michelle is a creative production expert with 15+ years of experience in immersive brand experiences. Specializing in creative direction, technical design, and impactful campaigns, she connects brands with audiences in authentic ways. Career highlights include delivering 50+ industry events annually for D&AD, leading Pinterest’s Beach takeover at Cannes Lions, and managing logistics at Green Man Festival, enhancing its operations for over a decade. Michelle combines creativity, intuition, and sustainability in every project.

Tommy oversees production, logistics, and site builds, ensuring everything arrives on time and intact. As Head of Production at Bearded Kitten, Tommy led immersive builds and brand experiences for 9 years. At Secret Garden Party, he started as Head Carpenter, designing festival structures. As a freelancer, Tommy also applied his expertise to various creative production projects across the UK.

Victoria leads our sustainability strategy and nurtures new client and partner relationships. As Managing Director of The Frome Independent, she managed and curated the artisan market attracting upto 10k visitors per event. She was part of the launch team at LABS, helping create co-working spaces in London. At Krankbrother, she produced three incredible music festivals in Beckenham Palace Park, London.

Sammy brings style, strategy, and a sharp eye for detail to every brand she works with. From Cannes with fashion royalty like Moschino and Bella Hadid to brand guides for BBC’s Strictly and Grub Club, her creative instincts shine. She’s even led Aptamil shoots starring both animals and children—proof that no brief is too bold or chaotic to handle.

Gordy manages warehouse operations for Positive Experience, ensuring everything runs smoothly. At Riverstation, he oversaw the busy Bristol waterfront restaurant, ensuring top-notch service. As lead barista at Real Coffee, Gordy fueled festival-goers across the UK. He also contributed to creative building and landscaping projects with Wiltshire Construction, supporting various hands-on, independent endeavors.

Apollo keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes by supporting pre-production, coordinating departments, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Apollo hosted her first live event in 2024—a sold-out 1,000-capacity DnB Halloween party in Frome with Exaltation Events. She worked at Green Man Festival with Positive Experience and has expertly stage-managed countless major artists at her local venue, the Cheese and Grain.

Chris combines design, fabrication, and production expertise to turn ideas into real-world experiences. Working with the creative team, he designs, manages, and builds bespoke activations and events. With a background in brand management and live production, he blends commercial insight with practical know-how. Career highlights include growing Cazcabel Tequila globally, leading builds at Positive Experience, and 20 years supporting Green Man Festival’s iconic bars.

Designer, Fabricator and Production Manager
Dan brings big ideas to life by balancing creativity, logistics, and everything in between to deliver standout experiences. Highlights include supporting Ordnance Survey’s TV, online, and social campaign, shifting the brand from ‘known’ to understood; delivering Blank Street’s ‘Cycle-Thru’ activation on Clapham Common, pairing coffee with cycling; and leading Canon Europe’s Shutter Stories podcast, growing it into the UK’s top 10% in just two years.

Georgie thrives on exciting, creative briefs and bringing them to life. At Apothem Labs, she fundraised the start-up and launched it in Harvey Nichols, collaborating with Made Thought, CALM, Cult Beauty, and Soho Home. Through Sister Suppers, she held sell-out seasonal retreats across the UK and Mexico. Georgie also co-produced Crocs’ annual sales meeting in Madrid, finally putting her Spanish degree to use.

Harriet works as a Production Manager at Positive Experience, bringing a wealth of experience to the team. She ran Cube Coffee, a successful coffee van, for four years before joining us. Harriet also owns Yes Mate Productions Inc., a US-based company specializing in renting lighting desks for large-scale world tours. Currently freelancing for Ethical Staffing, she takes on festival stewarding roles throughout the year. Her diverse background includes managing 999 ambulance control, training staff, and working with young adults with special needs, in addition to a wide range of festival roles from 2007 to 2025.

Harvey brings fresh thinking and purpose to 3D design, creating engaging activations that reflect clients’ core values. A Central Saint Martins Graphic Communication Design graduate, he’s led collective-driven show identities and community initiatives like rope-making workshops across London championing connection, and self-sufficiency through thoughtful, human-centred creative practice.
