LONDON COFFEE FESTIVAL 2026

Bringing twelve unique brand worlds to life

The Brief in Brief

As one of the UK's biggest coffee industry events, London Coffee Festival brings together thousands of visitors and some of the world's leading coffee, food and lifestyle brands. We were tasked with creating a series of distinctive brand experiences that would help our clients stand out in a highly competitive environment, each with its own unique identity while delivering a consistently exceptional visitor experience.

What We Did

Working across twelve brands, we delivered creative concept development, visual identity, 2D and 3D spatial design, immersive experience design and content creation, producing everything from premium retail-inspired exhibition stands and interactive sampling spaces to theatrical product launches and bold social-first environments. Every activation was carefully tailored to reflect the personality and objectives of brands including Oatly, Allpress, Estate Dairy, Good & Proper Tea, Victoria Arduino, XOXO, No Issue and more, transforming standard exhibition space into memorable brand worlds.

Why It Worked

Delivering multiple large-scale activations simultaneously required creativity, precision and meticulous planning. The result was our biggest London Coffee Festival to date, with twelve bespoke environments that attracted visitors, encouraged meaningful engagement and elevated each brand's presence. From first impressions to lasting conversations, every space was designed to leave people with a memorable experience and demonstrate the power of thoughtful experiential design.

TAYLORS OF HARROGATE

The Running Show

The Brief in Brief

Taylors of Harrogate is a brand we’ve long admired, so when the opportunity came to work together, we jumped at it. The brief was to refresh their exhibition presence with a welcoming, café-style stand for The National Running Show, with the flexibility to roll the same build out at The National Outdoor Expo. The space needed to attract visitors, showcase their coffee range, and keep the samples flowing in a busy exhibition hall.

What We Did

We designed and built a warm, coffee-house-inspired stand centred around a pergola-style frame with hanging lights and foliage. Bespoke slatted counters with oak-effect tops allowed visitors to watch coffee being prepared and sample blends, while product shelving, menu boards and rustic textures brought the Taylors café feel to life. The modular design means the stand can travel easily between shows.

Why It Worked

In a hall packed with brands, the stand became a natural refuelling stop for visitors in need of great coffee. The welcoming design drew people in, while the flexible build now gives Taylors a strong platform they can reuse across multiple consumer events.

BARCODE 2025

Six Brands. One Epic Barcode.

The Brief in Brief

Barcode Festival is the place to be for FMCG brands who want to make noise with the people who matter ; buyers, retail leads and industry insiders. For the 2025 edition, we returned as long-time partners to help six purpose-led brands make a statement: Moju, Tenzing, Hu, Deli Kitchen, Proper Job and Kitchen Joy. Each brand needed to stand out in a festival environment that’s as competitive as it is fun.

What We Did

We brought six unique activations to life across the Barcode site, each tailored to the brand’s personality but all powered by one thing: smart reuse. Every build was a rollout or evolution of an existing set we store for our clients, giving them maximum impact with minimal footprint. Think: bold graphics, adaptable builds, high energy and zero compromise on creativity. From sampling stations to chill-out spots, we matched each experience to the vibe of the brand and the pace of the festival.

Why It Worked

Whether it was Hu’s eye-catching set-up driving trial with clean snacking, Moju’s dose of gut health energy, or Deli Kitchen’s crowd-pleasing wraps, each brand walked away with the exposure they needed and an experience that felt truly them. And by using modular builds already in our warehouse, we kept waste down and value up another win for our planet-positive approach.

OATLY LONDON COFFEE FESTIVAL 25

Ice-Cold Style, Oat-Fuelled Buzz

The Brief in Brief

For London Coffee Festival 2025, Oatly wanted a main-stage moment, something that felt bold, playful, and visually striking. The goal? Showcase their latest campaign in a way that stopped people mid-sip and made them rethink oat-based drinks.

What We Did

We transformed Oatly’s stand into an immersive icy experience complete with frosted wavy plastic walls, digital thermometers displaying a chilly -23°, butcher strip curtains, and literal ice cube seating. Every design detail, from the aluminium plate finishes to the signature drinks menu, leaned into the frozen fantasy. We even covered all joins and seams with custom-printed boards to keep the aesthetic seamless.

Why It Worked

The booth was more than just a visual showstopper it was a physical embodiment of Oatly’s irreverent, boundary-pushing brand personality. Festival-goers queued for the cool-factor alone, while product sampling and content creation naturally followed. It felt different, delicious, and very Oatly earning stand-out buzz across the event floor.

XOXO at LCF

Self-Love Served Ice Cold.

The Brief in Brief

XOXO wanted to make a bold entrance into the coffee and indie scene with fizz, fun, and fierce self-expression. As a new player in a crowded space, they needed an experience that would turn heads, drive sampling, spark social shares, and get people saying (and sipping) XOXO. The experience had to pop in a high-energy festival setting, encourage trial, and build emotional connections with content baked into every touchpoint and all elements designed for reuse across future campaigns.

What We Did

We created a vibrant, reusable stand packed with interactive moments from affirmation art and neon selfie zones to arcade games, live nail art, and ice-cold sampling, all designed to bring XOXO’s bold self-love energy to life. With a lean, reusable build and a flexible setup, the entire activation was designed to go again, ready to pop up at future festivals, trade shows, and sampling moments.

Why It Worked

The XOXO stand embodied the spirit of the brand: fun, fearless, and unapologetically bold. By centring the experience on interaction, affirmation, and self-expression, we created more than just a sampling moment, we created a vibe. It wasn’t just about handing out cans. It was about creating connections, driving real engagement, and giving people something to remember (and repost). With high content capture and even higher energy, this was XOXO’s perfect debut in the indie coffee scene and a love letter to everyone who stopped by.

BRISTOL COFFEE FESTIVAL

The Brief in Brief

Bristol Coffee Festival needed a seamless, well-structured event that could accommodate a growing audience while maintaining its community-driven ethos. The challenge was to balance the logistical demands of a large-scale festival—venue setup, exhibitor coordination, power distribution, and accessibility—while creating an inclusive, engaging space for industry leaders, independent businesses, and coffee lovers to connect and celebrate the craft.

LONDON CRAFT BEER FESTIVAL

Gnomes, hearses, brews—festival magic

The Brief in Brief

Three brands, one festival, and a mission to make their presence unmissable. We designed immersive activations for Proper Job, Liquid Death, and La Chouffe. With dozens of breweries vying for attention at the London Craft Beer Festival, Proper Job, Liquid Death, and La Chouffe needed to cut through the noise and create a lasting impression. The challenge was to craft distinctive, immersive experiences that not only reflected each brand’s personality but also engaged festival-goers in a meaningful way—turning casual samplers into loyal fans.

What We Did

Proper Job’s activation embodied the spirit of a classic alehouse, complete with tastings and brewing workshops. Liquid Death took a rebellious turn with a bold ‘hydration station,’ serving mountain water from a bespoke hearse while championing their anti-plastic mission. For La Chouffe, we built a whimsical woodland bar, featuring their famous gnome mascots and Belgian ale sampling.

Why It Worked

Each activation was more than just a bar—it was an experience. By creating spaces that aligned with each brand’s unique identity, we delivered festival moments that engaged, entertained, and converted beer lovers into lifelong fans. The result? A festival presence that oozed creativity, interaction, and impact.

From coffee to kombucha, flavour amplified

The Brief in Brief

Eight brands, one festival, one goal—turning exhibition spaces into unforgettable brand experiences for Decent, FU:DI, Grind, Hip Pop, Pip & Nut, Hu, Leathams and Tenzing. With hundreds of food and drink brands vying for attention, standing out at Lunch! and Casual Dining Festival was no small feat. Our challenge? To design and build activations that didn’t just showcase products but created real connections. Having worked with these brands before, we knew exactly how to bring their stories to life.

NUOVA Simonelli's coffee machines took center stage in a sleek café setup, while Grind’s pop-up Greengrocers served their signature blends with a side of urban cool. FU:DI turned healthy convenience into an experience with live cooking demos, and Hip Pop’s lively kombucha bar invited festival-goers to explore gut-friendly drinks. Pip & Nut hosted hands-on nut butter pairings, and Tenzing’s adventure-inspired activation had guests sampling plant-based energy while engaging with their sustainability mission.
