WILDFARMED LONDON COFFEE FESTIVAL

Crate to cup—Wildfarmed’s journey

The Brief in Brief

Wildfarmed needed an exhibition stand at London Coffee Festival that did more than just showcase their brand—it had to stop people in their tracks. The goal? A space that captured their counterculture ethos, put food at the heart of the experience, and sparked real conversations about regenerative farming.

What We Did

We designed and built a modular, farm-inspired stand featuring repurposed crates, corrugated metal walls, and rustic detailing, aligning with Wildfarmed’s commitment to sustainability. A neon “Get Baked with Wildfarmed” sign became an instant eye-catcher. We incorporated a full prep and service area, custom branding elements, and a projector displaying dynamic visuals to tell the Wildfarmed story in an engaging way.

Why It Worked

The stand wasn’t just a food stop—it was a destination. Attendees got a taste (literally) of Wildfarmed’s mission, while the immersive setup encouraged connection, education, and engagement. Built with reusability in mind, this activation will continue making an impact at future events.

COCKBURNS CHRISTMAS BETWEEN THE BRIDGES

Blending Alpine charm with Cockburn’s warmth

The Brief in Brief

Working alongside The Collab, we were tasked with transforming Between the Bridges into a traditional Alpine lodge for Cockburn’s, creating an inviting, winter-ready space for guests to enjoy. The challenge? Enhance the existing setup to encourage people to stay in the space and experience the brand, and to add warmth, shelter, and alpine-inspired features—while making smart use of existing assets to keep the build sustainable.

What We Did

We extended walling and key structures, introducing added shelter and atmospheric props to bring the Alpine theme to life. Rather than a full rebuild, we refreshed and repurposed existing assets, ensuring the space felt completely transformed without unnecessary waste. The result? A seamlessly integrated, immersive winter lodge, where guests could soak up the festive atmosphere while enjoying a glass of Cockburn’s finest. This approach drew an impressive 155.5k venue visitors, with over 1.62k serves of Cockburn’s sold and 3.24k samples distributed during the event.

Why It Worked

By blending creative design with sustainable thinking, we delivered a high-impact transformation that elevated the guest experience while staying true to the brand. The space didn’t just look incredible—it became a destination, drawing in visitors and making Cockburn’s Alpine Lodge a highlight of the season

NATIONAL CONVENIENCE SHOW 2025

Convenience just got creative

The Brief in Brief

Seven brands, one stage, and a whole lot of energy. We took Grind, Hip Pop, Hu, Manilife, Moju, Pip & Nut, and Tenzing to the UK’s biggest convenience-retailing event — and made sure every brand stood out. At the National Convenience Show, brands need to shine in a high-stakes retail space. Our challenge? Create distinctive, high-impact activations for seven purpose-driven brands — all using stored and repurposed sets to meet sustainability goals.

What We Did

We rolled out each brand’s existing stand — stored, refreshed, and reimagined to feel like new. From Moju’s shot bar to Grind’s pink takeover and Tenzing’s energy station, each activation was tailored to match the vibe of the show and drive engagement.

Why It Worked

Not only did we deliver standout builds that drew footfall — we did it with zero new set waste. By reusing assets we already had in storage, we hit sustainability targets without compromising on impact. A win for the planet and for every brand involved.

GRIND LUNCH!AND CASUAL DINING

Turning retail on its head—Grindgrocers made coffee the star of the aisle

The Brief in Brief

Grind needed to shift perception—from being seen primarily as a café brand to a serious contender in the retail coffee space. Their activation at LUNCH! had to cut through the noise, showcase their products in an engaging way, and make a lasting impression on retailers. At this year’s LUNCH! event, we turned heads with Grindgrocers—a playful, pink-tinted supermarket-style activation designed to showcase Grind as a coffee company, not just a café.

What We Did

We built Grindgrocers, a witty, retro-futurist grocery store bursting with pink. Shelves were stacked with Grind products and cheeky ‘grocer-style’ props. A sampling bike kept the coffee flowing, while playful touchpoints—like a Waitrose-style voting booth for the next product launch—kept visitors engaged.

Why It Worked

Retailers left knowing that Grind isn’t just about coffee shops—it’s about better coffee. The immersive setup turned browsing into an experience, packed with personality, product education, and storytelling. The result? A high-impact activation that redefined Grind’s presence in the retail space
